About Metrix

Metrix is a subsidiary of Sibelga. It provides reading for gas and electricity meters in the Brussels-Capital Region.

With around 50 members of staff, Metrix records readings from over 1.3 million electricity and gas meters a year.

Once the meter has been read by Metrix, the data are sent to Sibelga for validation. Sibelga submits the validated meter readings on to the energy suppliers, who will then be able to draw up their clients’ energy bills.

Metrix is not responsible for billing clients for the energy used. The company only reads the meters.
